We begin with a Warm-up of breathing and various yoga postures geared to a child’s understanding such as tabletop, down dog, tree, warrior and chair pose.
We then move into Mat Skills working on bridges, crabwalks, forward rolls, rock & pop, donkey kicks/scissor kicks, cartwheels, and tripod.
In Closing, we incorporate skills and techniques to settle into the body finding calm and quiet with the ability to use this 'off the mat'.
